How their account is created
Super Admin creates the institute first, chooses the plan, then adds the main admin user. The admin receives a portal invite email and sets their own password securely.
Existing Institutes
How access is given
They log in with Institute ID, email and password, then use Manage plan inside Admin Settings. Payment confirmation reactivates access and moves the renewal date forward by one month.
